What if Kyron, a 14 Year Old Boy with Muscular Dystrophy asks Make-A-Wish for an extreme bedroom makeover — in the Steampunk aesthetic?
Make-A-Wish’s initial question was — “What’s Steampunk?” After talking with Bruce Rosenbaum — the room not only was done in Steampunk design — but incorporated functional equipment as a winch system that lowered an antique tray from the ceiling so Kyron could lower all his gaming equipment himself to his bedside because he did not want to wake up his parents in the morning for help.
